From what I found when I googled it; cotton in the 1800's was primarily, if not exclusively, grown in the southern states.

- I think it was an honest mistake, they have apologized for taking the picture down. There isn't much else they can do. On the flip side of that, I see why the mom is upset. She likely feels they were telling her nobody wants to look at a disabled child.

- Mike252242, Is that post about the king attending a bullfight true? If so, now I really can't stand the guy. Regarding his apology, I think he's sorry he got caught. At his age, people don't make a decision to do something, and then suddenly have an attack of guilt and remorse.
